"5 Best" Contest Rules

  1. You may enter as many times in as many categories as you wish.

  2. Each entrant will receive a free ForMinistry 5th anniversary T-shirt! Only one free T-shirt per church/ ministry/ website.

  3. Entrants may win one "techie pack" prize only, and will not received multiple prizes.

  4. All entries must be available for judges’ viewing online from October 25 – November 22, 2004. Entrants must supply the appropriate link to the website or page(s) which may be viewed by the judges during that time period.

  5. All entries will be evaluated by a minimum of 3 different judges.

  6. All entries in a given category will be judged by the same number of judges.

  7. Winners in each category except “Best of Show” will be based on numeric average scoring (overall score at bottom of form divided by number of judges per entry).

  8. Judges in each category will have demonstrated experience and/or expertise in relation to that category.

  9. Judges are NOT allowed to judge an entry which is:

    1. Created by an organization they are employed by, represent, or serve as consultant to.

    2. Created by a relative.

    3. Deemed by the judge or ForMinistry staff to present a conflict of interest.

  10. “Best of Show” winner will be chosen by ForMinistry. Finalists for this award will be based on judges’ recommendation.

  11. In the case of controversy, Chris Thyberg, Executive Director of ForMinistry, shall be the final arbitor on all matters. All decisions rendered are final and binding.
