How To Find Mill Woods United Church

Mill Woods United Church is easy to find. We are located in the neighborhood of Woodvale in the north part of the Mill Woods Community in the City of Edmonton.

Right on the corner of 38^th Avenue and Grand Meadow Crescent (approximately 61^st Street) we are very visible whether coming from the east or west. Access from the  Whitemud Freeway would be to exit off the freeway at 66^th Street and proceed south on 66^th Street to 38^th Avenue (first set of light). Turn left and proceed 2 blocks. We will be on your left hand side. The main doors into the church are accessible from the parking lot.

Transit

Parking
Mill Woods United Church is conscious of its relationships with its neighbours in the community. We ask that those attending services avoid blocking driveways and parking in front of residences. There is a good sized parking lot, as well as parking on 38^th Avenue.

Accessibility
Several parking spots, for those with handicapped stickers, are available outside the entrance to the church building. From this entrance, all floors of the building are accessible. The lift to the second floor  and lower hall is located just inside the double doors leading from the foyer to the interior of the church.

There is a universal access washroom on the main floor – across from the offices. There is men's and women's washrooms on the lower level across from the lift and stairwell.

Our Greeters, Ushers, and staff are happy to assist you in your seating and/or addressing any needs you may have.

For persons with hearing impairments, our regular amplification in the Sanctuary is augmented by an FM system. You may be provided with “head-phones”.

Security Reminder
Please do not leave any valuables in the sanctuary or meeting rooms while at church functions. While we do the very best to be watchful and aware, things do go missing if left.
