To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to recommend Brad and Jill Hunt's resting place for pastors - Loon's Rest.

Rest is something we all need to refresh and renew our body, soul and spirit.

The Cariboo provides many opportunities to get away for rest and relaxation in the midst of God's beautiful creation.

Brad and Jill Hunt have a special love and concern for pastors and others in full-time ministry. Facing pressures and demands in their own work and life responsibilities, they, personally, know all about the need for a place to get- away-from-it-all. Therefore, Brad and Jill have followed through with their God-given desire to provide a quiet place for people in ministry to get away for a reasonably priced vacation. They have fixed up a quaint, quiet place on the shore of Lac La Hache and are making it available for pastors, missionaries and ministry leaders to rent.

I am the lead pastor in the church that Brad and Jill have attended for the past 8 years. I have especially appreciated getting to know Brad on a more personal level in the past two years as we have met for coffee, lunch or a round of golf. Brad and Jill are real, down-to-earth people who love God and love people.

I am therefore pleased to wholeheartedly recommend the Hunt's and their cottage on Lac La Hache. I would encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for a vacation with your family or perhaps for a personal retreat of solitude, study and contemplation.
