All persons who profess faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and who accept the ideals of this church as expressed in the Church Covenant and the Core Values, and are otherwise qualified for membership may be admitted on recommendation of the Minister and the Board of Deacons. (iii) Believers who present letters of transfer, or other satisfactory evidence of baptism and Christian experience, from another Christian church.
