Choral and Organ Music have a long tradition at First Baptist.

Music is not only an integral part of worship, it is one of the creative languages of faith itself. We have three choirs. In addition to the Senior Choir (age 15+), there is a Halifax  Girls Sacred Choir (age 12-18) and a Men's Choir (all ages). Our Director of Music is Lynette Wahlstrom and she would be delighted to hear from you if you are interested in joining one of the choirs.
