John Stephen Young of Brockway passed away January 29, 2007 at the Dr.
Everett Chalmers Hospital. Stephen was born at Saint John in 1949, a
son of Charlotte Louise Slipp Young and the late John Kilburn Young.
He graduated as a Civil Engineer from University of New Brunswick in
1974 and was a member of the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec. Stephen
was predeceased by his father and his sister, Margaret Jane
Young.
He is survived by his mother of Brockway; his sister Susan, and her husband Ronald Mitton, of Halifax, NS; their children, Julia Jane Mitton and John Logan Mitton, and many aunts and cousins.
The family wish to express their gratitude to the MacLeod Special Care Home in Hartland, NB.
A memorial service will be held at the Brockway Union Church, Route 3, Brockway at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2007. In lieu of flowers, and for those who wish, contributions may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Fredericton-Oromocto Branch.
