ABF Conference
The Atlantic Baptist Fellowship and First Baptist Church, Amherst, NS co-hosted a weekend celebration of the 400th Anniversary of the Baptist Movement and the 200th Anniversary of First Baptist Church, Amherst in
Dr. Peter Paris, Elmer G. Homrighausen Professor of Christian Social Ethics, and Liaison with the Princeton University African American Studies Program, and a native Nova Scotian, was the keynote speaker.
In addition, two seminars were offered by:
- Rev. Dr. Roger H. Prentice, retired Acadia University Chaplain
- Alma Johnston, Moderator of the African United Baptist Association.
