Tariffs and Rates For St. Anne’s Anglican Cemetery

1. Two sizes of graves are for sale:
   A) A regular grave is three feet by eight feet (3’x8’), nominal, and is generally used for full casket burial, but is not limited to such. 
   B) A cremation lot is three feet by two feet four inches (3’x2’4”) and is sold solely for the interment of cremated human remains.

2. Care and Maintenance Fund Contributions for Markers:   No GST
   The Care and Maintenance Fees for monuments and markers are set by the Province through the Cemeteries Act.
   a) A flat marker measuring less than 173 sq. in.   $0.00
   b) A flat marker measuring at least 173 square inches -  $50.00
   (Note: the 24” x 12” marker referred to in paragraph 13 of the By-Laws is 288 square inches.)
   c) An upright marker measuring four feet or less in height and four feet or less in length, including the base - $100.00
   d) An upright marker measuring more than four feet in either height or length, including the base - $200.00
3. Transfer Fee Per Lot: For all services and documents in connection with the transfer of ownership of a lot the administration fee of $25.00 will be charged. A new Certificate of Interment Rights will be issued upon redemption of the previous ownership certificate, deed, indenture or receipt of the original payment for the lot.
4. Installing Granite Cornerstones:  The Interment Rights holder may purchase granite
    corner stones to indicate the location of their lot(s), but these must be installed by the secretary/treasurer of the cemetery. The “Contract Form” must be used for this request. The fee for installation of corner stones is $25.00.
5. Interment and Disinterment: Arrangements for the opening and closing of graves and other interment or disinterment services must be made through the Funeral Director chosen who will contact the secretary/treasurer to confirm arrangements.
   The fee for opening and closing a full size grave is $375.00 plus GST
   The fee for opening and closing a cremation grave is $100.00 plus GST
   The fee for scattering ashes in the scattering garden is $300.00 (included in the Interment fee listed above) 
   No other services are provided.  The Rector's Fee for services rendered are not included in the Cemetery Fees.
