Delivery at Hall: Friday November 11th evening 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Please note: no deliveries on Saturday morning (exception deli table)
Telephone the church office if you wish to place posters/flyers in the community or if you need Food/Item Labels. We will also have some tin foil deli containers this year for uniformity and ease of pricing which are available through office as well.
******Shut ins Delivery: looking for volunteers to bring members of the parish, who are unable to attend bazaar, a plate of goodies to their home.
Contact Sherry or Denise if willing to assist with this Outreach effort.
******BakeE Table: Janet M. will be looking for donations of breads, rolls, fruit loaves, pies, tarts, cookies, cakes, fancy squares, shortbread etc. In these days of food allergy please take the time to briefly list the ingredients in your offerings. Call the church office for labels if required
******Candy Table: Verna McL. will be looking for donations of all kinds of fudge, nuts and bolts, peanut brittle, gingerbread people, peanut clusters, caramel corn etc. Left over Halloween candy would be welcome for the children’s popular grab bags. If you could pre-package and label ingredients of your candy, it would help greatly.
******Craft Table: is looking for any donations of wooden projects to complete and they welcome all donations, such as fabric, yarn, wool. Anyone interested in knitting for bazaar contact convenors for yarn. More crafters always welcome. Anyone willing to work the craft table on day of bazaar would be much appreciated. Speak with Sherry or Denise
******Jewellery Table: Maureen L. is looking for any jewellery to contribute to this popular table
******Deli Table: Lorayne R. and family will be in charge of this table. We are requesting that if you are able to pick up some containers from church office, to do so. It allows for easier pricing and flow on day of bazaar. Seeking donations of casseroles, lasagne, macaroni and cheese, meat pies, soup, meatballs, quiche or any other suitable homemade creation. Servings of one or more would be appreciated.
******Preserves: Jane T. will welcome the efforts from your canning and preserves marathons, whether it be chili-sauce, chutney, pickles, jams, jellies, marmalade, or something new and just as wonderful. Fruit donations welcomed as well as 125 ml or 250 ml mason jars. Preserves in 125 ml or 250 ml Mason Jars preferred.
******Quilters’ Table: Marjorie S. welcomes donations of handmade aprons, tea cozies, bags, bag holders, table runners, or any Christmas items appreciated. Bags are quite popular these days!!!
******Tea Room: Jean Q. is looking for waitresses and for donations of cookies and squares. Please give her a call if you can help in this area.
The Sandwich Convenor: Fran C. will be looking for some help as well. Kitchen Convenor: Paula R. will require some help from coffee, tea makers, runners etc. Excellent kitchen co-ordination is essential for the much loved tea room. Please consider offering your services.
Christmas Cakes and puddings: Jane A. will require volunteers to assist with the making of these traditional Christmas favourites.
Attention Kitchen Users: For those wishing to use the kitchen for preparing food for the Bazaar, please contact the office to book your time slot. The kitchen deadline for food preparation is 6 pm Friday November 11th. After this time the kitchen will be unavailable as it has to be disinfected for the following day.
To gain entrance to parish hall on day of bazaar for any shifts you are working you may use the parking lot side door entrance. There will be a sign on door.
NB- the door at ground level Please note- park at Byron Northview School
Hands must be washed prior to working with food and each time you leave the kitchen. When working with food in the kitchen/hall you cannot be eating or handling money because of cross contamination. Please refrain from nibbling while on duty to keep things sanitary. Instead put aside a small plate of goodies for break time.

Jewellery: Jean P. and Maureen L. are looking for your gently used jewellery to sell at the upcoming Christmas Bazaar. Please call Maureen for pick up or you can drop them off at the Church office for safekeeping.
The deadline is November 1st.
