St. Anne's Anglican Church (Byron)
A friendly community church

St. Anne’s Nursery is back and running! It’s reopening is Sunday, September 11th
Location: Through parish hall doors turn immediately to left and up stairway. Parishioner and mom, Sherry H. is overseeing and welcomes anyone who would like to be part of the Nursery staff team to approach her.

Safe and Clean. A child friendly environment for your little ones while you worship.
Our first priority is a – new baby monitor/pager system for parents to have assurance of being immediately contacted for any needs. Can anyone help us track down the best system?

Posted visibly both on our Nursery door inside and out, is
  1. “Nursery Health Policy” includes safe church policy
  2. Nursery Staff Worker Guidelines (job description)
  3. A simple Nursery sign-in sheet to sign babies into and out of the church nursery.
  4. Parents/Grandparents will be requested to fill out a one time “Baby-Care card” renewed quarterly describing the best way to care for their baby.
  5. Suggestion box and paper for your comments, ideas to make our nursery great.
We demonstrate God’s love to the babies (birth to 24 months) through singing, storytelling, play and lots of repetition. We have a puppet family, a manual of fun action/hand song games, safe toys, books, a wonderful nursery staff and freshly laundered safe and comfy napping spaces/furniture. We cover 3 main areas: things God has made, things God gives us and love for all God has created.. We have the opportunity to sow into their lives the truth of God’s love for them, knowing that we are laying a precious foundation for life.

Toddlers are next door (age 2-5) so the transition from nursery to tiny tots is easy with an open door approach appreciating that one week our little ones might be ready for the toddler room and another week, want the comfort of the familiar nursery - we are very flexible depending on their needs and your preferences. There is no higher calling than caring for the little ones God has entrusted to us. We promise to love and encourage your children as they begin their journey of faith. You entrust your children to our care, and we want you to know that we receive them as a gift. (Psalm 127:3) Children are a gift from God.

We welcome you to visit us at any time and we encourage you to become involved in our childrens ministry.
