4. Common Flaws in Pro-Abortion Rhetoric

Pro-abortion rhetoric often attacks the pro-lifer instead of the arguments and diverts attention from the main issue: What is the unborn? Can I kill this?

Pro-abortion rhetoric often assumes the unborn are not valuable human beings.

Pro-abortion rhetoric often confuses objective claims with subjective claims. Personal preference cannot dissolve the distinction between right and wrong.

Pro-abortion rhetoric often confuses functioning as a person with being a person. The rights of individuals are not based on current capacity but on inherent capacity.
