Elvis was in the Building

(Elvis Priestly, that is)

Elvis Priestly aka Dorian Baxter visited Elim to share some his favourite gospel numbers. Dorian is an Anglican Archbishop who has been doing Elvis impersonations for years. This venture has taken him all over Canada and the United States, including Memphis Tenessee and Las Vegas. He has been dubbed the "Bishop of Beale Street" In Memphis and will soon be named the "Archbishop of Bourbon Street" in New Orleans.

This ministry allows Dorion to spread the good news through Elvis Presley's favourite gospel songs and through preaching and baptising in the nightclubs and halls where he appears.

At one time Dorion was a priest in Thunder Bay and later spent several years pastoring the Anglican church in Manitouwadge.
