Louise has been at Evangel since 1999 and has served on the pastoral staff since 2004.  She and her husband, Clarence, came to Thunder Bay after 9 years as missionaries in Angola with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF).  Prior to that they worked in Pickle Lake, Ontario and Dundern, Saskatchewan. They have two daughters, both in their 20's.

Both Louise and Clarence are graduates of Central Pentecostal College (now called Horizon College & Seminary) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  They have also served as pastors of a church in Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories, where they ministered for 4 years.

A prime aspect of Louise's job is to oversee the growing Youth Group here at Evangel.  She is a passionate leader and a gifted speaker.  She has a great heart for missions and deep desire to serve God to the fullest extent of her ability.  She is an awesome teacher and longs to see the people of God grow to the their full potential in Him.
