| Managing Security |
You can set the level of access the public and/or registered users have to the site using the Security features. Security can be set for the entire site, individual pages and/or specific content objects. Privileges to view, edit, manage, share with other editors, and administer can be set at some or all levels.
This would allow on specified users or groups of users to view this particular item.
- Make sure you are in Edit Mode.
- Click on Advanced Page, and scroll down to Page Security.
- Click on Make Private.
Grant Security for Access
- Click on Add Access and enter users that will have permission to view this page.
- Click on Remove Access to remove users from this list.
- To change security so that all can see this page, click on Make Public.
Grant Security for Editors
- Click on Add an Editor to grant permission for a user to edit this page.
- Click on Remove an Editor to remove a user from editing this page.
Add Item Security
- Make sure you are in Edit Mode.
- Go to the item and click on Edit this Item.
- Click on Secure tab.
Grant Security for Access
- Click on Add Access and enter users that will have permission to view this item.
- Click on Remove Access to remove users from this list.
Grant Security for Editors.
- Click on Add an Editor to grant permission for a user to edit this item.
- Click on Remove an Editor to remove a user from editing this item.
