Leroy Landers was called as Pastor of Clarksdale Baptist Church, now known as Christ Way Baptist in Harvest, Alabama in April 2006.   
Leroy began his ministry at Northside Baptist Church at the young age of 19.  After serving as Youth Director for several years, Leroy moved to Chase Baptist Church and served as Youth Pastor and Minister of Music for 19 years before moving to Community Baptist in Harvest, where he again served as Minister of Music.  The Lord used a series of dreams to remind Leroy of his original call to preach the Gospel.  Leroy was led to resign as Minister of Music and away from Community Baptist in 2005.  He surrendered His will to God’s and accepted the pastorate at Clarksdale Baptist, now  Christ Way Baptist, in a bi-vocational capacity.   

 
Leroy is married to Donna McClintock Landers.  Donna serves as Executive Director of the local Crisis Pregnancy Center, Choose Life of North Alabama, Inc.  They have four children and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
