Section 1. MISSION

a) Mission Statement

b) Statement of Faith

We Believe...

  • That the Bible (Old and New Testament) is the inspired Word of God
  • In the atoning death and resurrection of Jesus
  • In One God in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
  • In Christ's second coming
  • In salvation by Grace 
  • In regeneration by the Holy Spirit
  • In water baptism by Immersion 
  • In miracles of Healing
  • In the baptism of the Holy Spirit
  • In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit
  • In death/separation from God for those who reject Christ as Lord and Savior
  • In eternal life in the Kingdom of God for those who accept Christ as Lord and Savior

Section 2.  LEADERSHIP

   All AMF (Bishops) must surrender their credentials, and cannot hold dual leadership roles with other associations or fellowships in order to prevent any conflicts of interest and to focus his/her attention on the mission and responsibilities of the fellowship. All Bishops must be members in good standing, with at least 90 days of membership. 

a) Presiding Bishop

The Presiding Bishop will work to establish and expand the Kingdom of God worldwide by providing training, appointing Continental Bishops, hosting quarterly fellowships and supervising all areas of the general membership in cooperation with the College of Bishops.

b) Continental Bishops

The Continental Bishop will work to establish and expand the Kingdom of God continentally by providing training, appointing Regional Bishops, hosting quarterly fellowships and supervising all areas of the general membership on their continent in cooperation with the Presiding Bishop.

c) Regional Bishops

Regional Bishops will work to establish and expand the Kingdom of God regionally by providing training, appointing State/National Bishops, hosting quarterly fellowships and supervising all areas of the fellowship within their Region in cooperation with the State/National Bishops.

d) State/National Bishops

 State Bishop(US), National Bishop (International), will work to establish and expand the Kingdom of God state-wide by providing training, appointing District Bishops, hosting quarterly fellowships and supervising all areas of the fellowship within their State/Nation in cooperation with the District Bishops.

e) District Bishops

District Bishops will work to establish and expand the Kingdom of God within thier districts by providing training, hosting quarterly fellowships and supervising all areas of the fellowship in cooperation with members within their District.

f) Membership

Membership is open to all graduates of Grace Bible College and Seminary. All members are expected to support the fellowship through active participation in annual and/or quarterly conferences. 

Section 4. BUSINESS

a) Membership Fees 

New applicants for membership will serve a 90-day probationary period, which will allow time to establish solid communication and examination. Membership requires at least a $10 monthly membership fee. Covenant Church membership requires at a $120.00 monthly membership fee presented to the Office of the Presiding Bishop no later than the 15th of each month.

b) Finances

We only support projects that are directly related to the mission of the fellowship and do not fund or support individual building projects, church anniversaries or pastor appreciations, etc. Members are not to use the fellowship to solicit funds for individual projects. General Membership offerings are designated as follows:

  •  Emergency Fund (10%)
  • College of Bishops receive (10%) of offerings from within their jurisdictions
  • Presiding Bishop receives (10%) of offerings from the general fellowship
  • Establishment, Expansion and Administration (70%).

c) Ordination and Licensing

All licensing or ordination ceremonies will be conducted by the Presiding Bishop or Designate during the annual conference held the last weekend of May at the headquarters in Newnan, Georgia for U.S. ministers. International licensing and ordination will be set up by the appropriate Continental or Regional Bishop. Candidates for licensing must be at least 21 years of age, have at least one year of hands on ministry experience and a graduate of our Associates Degree. Candidates for ordination must be at least 25 years of age, have at least three years of hands on ministry experience and a graduate of our Bachelors Degree program. d) Appointments

 All appointments are given by Executive Order of the Presiding Bishop. Appointments are good for one year only. All perspective appointments are renewed based on past performance. All candidates for appointments must be AMF licensed and ordained for at least 3 months.

Section 5. COLLEGE OF BISHOPS

a) Presbytery

The Presbytery shall consists of the Presiding and Regional Bishops, or Designates. 

 College of Bishops 

 The College of Bishops consist of all Bishops within the fellowship.

b) Age

Members of the College of Bishops must be at least 35 years of age

 c) Education/Experience

Members of the College of Bishops must be a member in good standing for at least six months, have at least 7 years of verifiable ministry experience and be a graduate of our Masters Degree program.

Section 6: CONFERENCES

b) Quarterly Fellowships

Quarterly Fellowships will be held in different regions and districts on a rotating basis and will be hosted by a member of the College of Bishops

a) Annual Conference

An annual conference will be hosted by the Presiding Bishop in various jurisdictions the fourth weekend of May or other times as designated.

Section 8. ACCOUNTABILITY

All members are ultimately accountable God, but we are also accountable to one another. The Presbytery  will handle all disciplinary, accountability and policy issues.

a) Review Board

All members are expected to live a life that adorns the gospel of Jesus Christ. Members will have any cases requiring review handled by the Presbytery concerning any issues inconsistent with clear Christian principles such as: theft, lying, slander, misuse of funds, adultery, domestic violence, sexual abuse or harassment, homosexuality, fornication, illegal drug use, any issues that affect the intergrity of the fellowship to include the conviction of any crime. Matters will be handled in a manner which preserves the dignity of the member, family and involved parties.

b) Disciplinary/Corrective Actions

Disciplinary/Corrective actions may range from probation to revocation of membership. A policy of reconciliation and restoration shall be in effect for members desiring to be reinstated following a 7-month probationary period.
