• A place of worship for Christ Universal Church
• A place of learning and development for Grace Academy
• A base of operations for Ambassadors Ministerial Fellowship
• A place of education and training for Grace Bible College and Seminary
• A career center to prepare people the work or business development.
• A transitional housing and retirement community for those age 55 and up.
