it's that wonderful time of year again, where we can get away fro rest & relaxation in beautiful Gatlinburg, TN to fellowship with Ministers & Mates across our great district as well as be alone with our mate if we choose to do that.
A letter will come to the church board in care of the Secretary of the Board in the mail. It explains the cost of the retreat plus other considerations we hope you can make for your pastor and wife. If more than one couple or person alone comes, please make a copy of the Registration form for each one.

Ministers & Mate's Retreat 2005
Ministers and their mates face as much stress as any of the highest executives in America. Now, more than ever, those in ministry must find times of refreshment and renewal. Many may just need a short rest, while others may only need a time of encouragement and fellowship. Wherever you stand, we feel that everyone can benefit from this specially designed three night retreat.
In order to keep these retreats affordable for most pastoral couples, a portion of the cost will be underwritten by the district. Each retreat includes at least two-three nights lodging, all conference materials, music, special speakers, free time with your mate or friends. Early registration discounts will be available 8-12 weeks prior to each retreat. Details regarding locations, dates and cost will be posted on this page as they become available.
District Superintendent Greg Rickey & Jerelyn, Dr. Paul & Connie Cunningham, Dr. Dan & Denise Boone, and other Christian speakers and entertainers will be there as well. Between words of encouragement and peace, laughter and quality time alone, this is sure to be the rest you've been looking for.
