Welcome to the website of the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church of Motts, Alabama.  Located 15 miles from Opelika, Alabama and 10 miles from Columbus, Georgia, the church is an established bedrock on U.S. Highway 280 E/431 N.   The church is composed of members who reside in Opelika, Smiths Station, Salem, Bleeker, Motts, and other areas of Lee County, Alabama; Phenix City and other areas of Russell County, Alabama; and the city of Columbus, Georgia.

          The church is currently under the leadership of Pastor Tommy L. Davis who began serving his pastorate on February 4, 2001.  Pastor Davis, a native of New Jersey, has led the church in completing marvelous works in his short tenure at New Jerusalem.

          We extend to you an invitation for you to come and visit one of our live services.  Once there, you will hear dynamic teaching; experience heartfelt praise and worship; and hear the melodic sounds of the award winning NJMBC Youth and Young Adult Choir, winners of the 2005 Kellogg's Gospel Sing-off Youth Choir Competition, Atlanta Region.
