Ronald Martin is the Assistant Pastor of New Harvest Community Church located on the campus of Alabama State University, Minister Eddie Walters-Senior Pastor. He has a prophetic mantle as a minstrel of worship and a heart for evangelism. God has placed a desire for souls within him. Over the years, the Lord has called him to be a watchman and seer observing hurt and many issues within the Body of Christ. This learning was to ensure effectiveness in his ministry to bring healing and deliverance to wounded leaders and the sheep that are hurting within the pew.
Jessica Martin is a prophetess of deliverance. She has a heart to bring deliverance and healing to the Body of Christ through song and the word as well. She carries a mantle for which she specializes in the area of dreams, visions, and interpretation, as well as deliverance, intercession, spiritual warfare, and psalmistry (prophetic song). She has also been mandated to minister to hurting people within and outside of the church walls. She is a motivational speaker and has a heart for activism in our communities.
Ronald and Jessica Martin are both ministers of the Gospel that flow prophetically to minister to the people of God.
PROPHETIC WARFARE PRAISE AND WORSHIP
They are Biblical expressions of praise and adoration (singing, clapping, dancing, lifting of hands, bowing, etc.) that are directed to God, inspired and directed by the Holy Spirit, and which come forth from the heart of man. Prophetic worship is where Gods voice is heard and His presence felt as Christ begins to sing and express praise to the Father through His people (Heb. 2:12; Ps. 22:22; Rev. 19:10). These high praises of God both exalt the Lord and accomplish spiritual warfare in the heaven lies (Ps. 149:6-9; Eph. 6:12; 2 Cor.10:4-6). It is worship that is expressed in obedience to a prompting of God that brings forth a prophetic word, mantle or anointing that results in the manifestation of Gods power (2 Chron. 20:14-22; 2 Kings 3:15; 1 Sam. 10:5-6).
PROPHETIC SONG
A song that is inspired, anointed and directed by the Holy Spirit through an individual; usually spontaneous in nature, which expresses the mind of God in musical form. It is literally prophecy through song (referred to in the New Testament as spiritual songs). (See Colossians 3:16 and Ephesians 5:19.) These songs are directed to man for the purpose of edification, exhortation and comfort or may be directed to God as the Holy Spirit helps us express our deep devotion that we could not ordinarily express by ourselves (Heb. 2:12; Rom. 8:27; Zeph. 3:17: "The Lord thy God...willjoy over [or through] thee with singing"). God is bringing the women together in the Body of Christ to walk together in unity. This ministry that God has given to me is to bring forth a network of women that will encourage one another in the Lord and build a strong sisterhood within the Body. Women are naturally nurturers and it is in us to pour out as we minister or go through everyday life. My heart is to see the women of God get poured back into and not with just another church service or just another women's conference! It is time to live life more abudantly and enjoy living! We will have activties for you that will allow you to laugh and cry together, get pampered for a day, learn interviewing tips, get a makeover etc. Above Rubies will minister to the whole woman spirit, soul, and body. We will learn how to take care of our bodies as we explore new exercises and eating habits, so that we can achieve our goals together! Above Rubies will be a ministry that will help you find your place in the Body so that you can operate in your gifts and callings with confidence. I look forward to working with you as we empower one another to grow in the Word!
