Dreams and Visions Jessica Martin Aug-22-2003
This page is about dreams and visions. These dreams/visions that I experience can be complex and confusing to me. God is training me in the area of interpretation as I go through the training for my prophetic ministry as a whole. God is giving more and more of his people dreams and visions (just like in the book of Joel). Dear Paula,
I had another dream that disturbed me. I had a dream that I was at this school. There were teenaged kids there. At the school I saw this gremlin. He was small and demonic. I do remember him saying "children", referring to them as if he was going to hurt them.
** This dream is particularly addressing spiritual forces of darkness and their principalities (gremlin) being brought to bear on school children and teenagers in the present generation.
I began to urge the children to run and follow me. They followed me down into the basement. I began to tell them that this demon can do things that they have never seen before, but not to be fooled because he could hurt you and kill you.
They listened, but then they all acted as if what I said went in one ear and out the other. I knew that this demons mission was to destroy all of us.
** When the children are not listening to true prophets, they have chosen to be people of the kingdom of darkness.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall
show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
No one listened except for this one girl. She knew that what I was saying was
true. She was holding my 8 month old son, and I grabbed her by the hand and we began to run. The rest of the kids were partying.
Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the
churches.
We ran to various areas of the school. Every where I went I saw signs of where he had been (very grotesque- I cannot remember exactly what he was doing but I knew it made me sick. I think it was mutilated bodies or something).
Joh 10:10 The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy:
I also found a ring. I put it on my finger and I felt like it had some kind of
power. I ran further down into a bandroom. There I noticed there were some possessed kids that were under his spell. They tried to grab me but they could not catch me The girl is still with me). I ran to an elevator, but when the doors opened. There stood the little gremlin dressed in black. He began to try to get me by using his powers. I thought the ring was going to help but it was useless.
** If the ring represented being in the spell of the gremlin then you (true
prophets) could not be put under its spell.
I grabbed her by the hand again and we ran to get away from him. I was afraid. We went outside. I looked up at the school and it looked like a big fortress. It was huge and it went up high in the sky- it was so eerie. I could see children looking at us from the windows. We ran going around the school. The further we ran the darker it got. I felt nothing but evil around us. I saw some cheerleaders sitting on the grass, but I knew that they were hypnotized. Pretty soon it was so dark I could
not see my hand in front of my face. All I could see was evil red eyes and they were coming straight towards me. The cheerleaders had turned into werewolves and they were trying to attack us.
2Ti 3:12 Yea, and all that would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution.
2Ti 3:13 But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
I began to run in the opposite direction. The girl said "we are going to have to fight". So I stopped running. At this time I had my son in my hands. I had a supernatural strength that I knew came from God. I was throwing those werewolves left and right.
After I had defeated them with one hand. I looked up in the sky, I saw this huge Dragon flying. I knew that I was somewhere evil and that I didn't feel comfortable inside the school or outside.
** The dragon is Satan and prince of the powers of the air.
The only place I could go was up. I grabbed the girl and my son, and I began to fly. I was flying so high it was as if we flew into another dimension. I no longer saw the huge fortress. I looked below and I saw the earth, and around the earth was this city. (It surrounded earth like the rings that surround
Saturn.).
** This dimension is the realm of the kingdom of heaven where you may have been looking at the holy city representing the glorious Church/Bride of Christ.
Rev 21:2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven of God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the
tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God:
This city was huge, golden in color and bright as the sun. I was afraid
because I was up so high.
Rev 21:18 And the building of the wall thereof was jasper: and THE CITY WAS PURE GOLD, like unto pure glass.
I wanted to go to earth so I began to fly down back into the earth's realm. I landed in this home, in the dream it was my home, although my real home looks nothing like it. I knew that I was safe. I had my son with me, but the girl was no longer with me. When I woke up I was totally shaken. I could not go back to sleep from some of the vivid images still in my head from such a realexperience.
** The girl that was with you may have been your guiding angel and your son portrayed the spiritual prophetic gift that God has birthed into your life. The scriptures below may give us further insight into what the Spirit is saying and showing to the prophets concerning the times of great darkness before us and the separation of the people of God from the darkness to possession of the purposes of God.
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away; and the sea is no more.
Rev 21:2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven of God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the

2Co 12:4 how that he was caught up into Paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

DREAM 1
I had several dreams last night. One I can remember I was in this house. There were 2 women and a man, that were trying to attack me. They all had blades in their hands and they were trying to cut me. I was jumping trying to keep them from cutting me. I remember that I grabbed a blade and began fighting back. I was fighting for my life. I woke up (or at least I thought I did, but it was another dream). I began
to rebuke that dream in the name of Jesus. Loosing rest and peace upon me. I went back to sleep (even though I had never woke up).
I was back into that house with those people standing there with blades. I walked up to them, I said "The devil is a lie...I will not be fighting you all over again." I began to call them out, I said "You fithly demons from hell, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus". I walked up closer to them
and I put my hand on them and they were in a paralyzed state where they could not move. Then I woke up for real.
** For folks of the new end time church order some dreams seem to address our worst fears as if we needed to confront them. Hereby we are able to deny the fear that is a hindrance to inwardly growing from faith to faith and from glory to glory unto spiritual maturity or perfection. Overcoming all manner of fear by our great faith as you demonstrated in this dream for the purpose of growing unto the glory of the measure of the stature of Christ, is the reason for our testing and trials in dreams as well as in everyday real life situations.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

DREAM 2
The 2nd dream, I was on a beach (we were at a river bank). People were swimming. One girl asked me if I was going to
get in the water, and I said "sure". So I got in. Immediately when I got in the water it was deep. The currents began to try to suck me further out into the deep. I began to fight. It seemed as the more I fought I began to get dizzy and faint (I thought it was because I was pregnant-I am 6mo. pregnant for real). I began to feel myself go under
the water then come back up every now and then. I was terrified and first, then I got to the point where I really wasn't that afraid, but I was still going under. I reached my hand out and my dad grabbed my hand
(apparently he was swimming too). He grabbed me and carried me in his arms and I heard him tell some other people in the water "I've got to get her out of here". He carried me to the bank of the river.
My father got me out of the water to the bank.
The next scene we were in a helicopter with my other family members. We were flying over the river, but we were flying fairly low. I said "Are we in an actual helicopter. He said yes. Then he went on pointing showing me where we were swimming at. I could see everything. The view was
beautiful but it was also kind of scary because of the height.
** In Dream 1 you faced your fear at the hands of demonic manifestation and overcame by your faith. In Dream 2 you addressed your fear at the hands of a powerful force of nature and when you lost that fear you were then rescued by your father who represented your heavenly Father (heavenly perspective from the helicopter). When we overcome our fears, then we are taken out of deliberate discipleship testing and trials (I've got to get her out of here) and we grow on unto maturity.
DREAM 3
The last dream I had was about me adopting this adorable little baby. I am pregnant now and I was in my dream so I don't know why I was adopting. All I knew is that I loved the baby as though he were mine. He was about 3 months old. I knew that I had to have him, even though I am about to have my own baby in a couple of months.
** The little baby being adopted here represents and confirms the Spirit of adoption already mentioned in the companion scripture to this dream.

Cobra and rat attack Jessica Martin Aug-22-2003

Dear Paula,
I have some dreams that I need help with. I just want to tell you that I love you and thank God for you in Jesus name. You have been a help to me and in many ways a spiritual mentor needed to birth my prophetic
ministry and for that I am grateful.
1) I had a dream that I was fighting this huge fat lady. She was huge and demonic! I started fighting her with a long sword (that just appeared in my hand). I began to chop and her. There was no blood, but she did say something like the more I cut her the more she multiply and get more powerful. She would laugh. Then this huge demon came out of
her, and it immediately got pitch dark. I was back in my room, in my bed. When I got up (still a dream) this demon had wrapped itself around me trying to smother me. I wasn't afraid, I actually smiled. I commanded this demon to loose in the name of Jesus, and I laid hands on
my back. The demon left me. Then I saw Benny Hinn appear and he told me I would never have to fight that demon again.
** Looks like you are progressing well down the path of victory over demons by your faith. The huge fat lady could be portraying a smothering spirit that seeks to smother through persecution, criticism etc. and destroy. Benny Hinn could be representing an angel of the Lord or depicting the Lord Himself. You may get opposition from flesh and blood but they will now be benign compared to when this particular spirit was on your case.
2) I had another dream that I was at home I think. The most important thing was there was a cobra snake and a rat that attacked me. The cobra actually bit me several times. (Wierd thing was the cobra's head was
detached from the body and the only thing that was biting me was the head.) I told my brother to get it off but he was afraid. I grabbed the head and threw it off of me. I was telling them to call 911 because I am pregnant and I did not want anything to happen to my baby. I do remember my baby moving in the dream and i was afraid that something was
wrong. I looked at my hands to make sure they weren't swelling because that is where it bit me at. I called 911, but I woke up out of this dream
before I saw the end.
** This dream could possibly be revealing two other types of spirits or two particular persons attacking you. The cobra is one that poisons your relationships and ministry endeavour directly and the rat is a sneaky and works behind the scenes against you. I guess you are to particularly pray against their purpose.

I am forever dreaming, and needing help interpreting them. Last night I had
a disturbing dream and I need your help.
Last night I had a dream that I came out of a house (assuming it was my
house, but my real house looks nothing like it). I was talking on the phone
to someone, and I was saying how weird the sky looked. I saw demonic
activity in the sky. I saw hands, evil faces and colors, flying serpents,
and other things I just cannot remember. As I walked off of the porch I
continually looked at the sky. Whoever I was on the phone with said that
the phenomena had spread all over the sky because she could see it at her
house. My dad was outside raking leaves and my sister was just playing I
guess. Everyone seemed normal continuing their everyday tasks. I think
they did not see the sky, either they didn't see it, or they did and it
didn't faze them.
** This is not the first time dreams have suggested that the end time biblical signs from heaven could be spiritual signs in spiritual or heavenly places. Thus, they can be seen in dreams and visions. Presumably these visions of spiritual signs can have manifestations in the earth. For example hands and evil faces can speak of violence and warfare in communities and nations. Different colours can speak of great shifts or changes in politics, economics, sociology, philosophy and ideology. Flying serpents can depict world wide epidemic of famine, pestilence, sickness and disease such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Mad Cow Disease.
Luk 21:11 and there shall be great earthquakes, and in divers places famines and pestilences; and there shall be terrors and great signs from heaven.
I hung up the phone and I was walking towards my dad. I jumped over a pile
of snakes. Just when I thought I had jumped to clear ground, I found myself
jumping over more snakes. I remember hearing the rattlers shaking and them
hissing. One of the rattlers jumped up and bit my hand. My dad stopped
working. He said "Once you get that snake off you'd better hurry to the
hospital!" Out of shock I yelled "Daddy aren't you going to help me?" He
looked as if he was afraid, so he keep encouraging me to get it off of
myself. The snake was hanging from me hand with his teeth sinking deeper
into my skin. I began to try to tackle the snake myself, when oddly my
little sister (12 yrs.old) came up and began to help me. We grabbed the
snake and pulled him away. His mouth was wide open showing his fangs, and
we were afraid to put him on the ground because we knew he'd strike again.
So, I think we threw him away from us. THEN, my dad assisted me into the
house. My mother frantically was asking what was wrong. I told her that a
rattler snake bit me. I also told her that my sister helped but daddy let
me stand there with the snake hanging and he did not help. I remember her
laying me down, looking at my wounds. Then it seemed like I woke up from a
terrible dream all of the sudden. I sat up on the bed, I looked at my
wounds and they were not there. I was still dreaming though. I just went
from one dream into another.
What is this dream about?
** Your personal encounter with snakes on earth in the dream has more to do with the displeasure and attack of the forces of darkness upon you as a prophetic person who is able to reveal the things that the forces of darkness are doing. That is, you are a seer and the workers of darkness hate the divine light of revelation.
