Jessica Martin is a 25 year old mother of 2 and wife. Her husband is Prophet Ronald Martin Sr, who is also a minstrel and producer. Her goal is to usher God's people into his manifested presence through the power of praise & worship. She is also a psalmist, recording artist, intercessor and a prophetess that is not ashamed to speak what God is saying to the Body. She majored in music education vocal concentration with a theatre arts minor at Alabama State University in Montgomery, Al. There she held the titles of Miss Chamber Choir 1999, Miss University Choir 2000, and Miss Gold 2000 for Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity.
As an artist she participated on the Praise Discovery Show as a finalist to become the next 'Christian American Icon 2004'. She has ministered on 'Conversation with Carol' (local television show)in praise and worship, 2 appearances on TBN's 'Praise the Lord', and was interviewed on 1600 AM The Light. She opened up for Stellar Award Nominee Nova 4 Jehovah, Dove Award Nominee Luther Barnes, Christian group Jubal's Kin, Aeneas Koresh, DJ Wheel, King Wes, and ministered with her husband Prophet Ronald Martin in praise and worship for: Pastor Donald Battle, Pastor Robert Kayanja, Dr. Steve and Rita Ball, Bishop Linda Brown, Dr. Janice Crenshaw, internationally known praise and worship leaders Prophets Darryl & Sheila Brundidge, Apostle Pastor Bill Winston and many others. Jessica Martin is DMM award winning and was a Destiny Idol Finalist for Bishop and Prophetess Bynum Weeks' contest. Jessica has just released her sophomore project 'Rhythm of Worship'. As an actress, she attended ASU Dramatic Guild under the direction of actress Dr. Tommie Tonea Stewart (Aunt Etta on the television series In the Heat of the Night), helped open up for Brian McKnight and Rosa Parks (at her tribute), was also an extra and assistant hairstylist for 'The Rosa Parks Story' starring Angela Basset and Cicely Tyson. She has performed in many plays and musicals.
As a minister of the Gospel, she specializes in dreams & visions, interpretation of dreams, deliverance and intercession, prophetic psalmistry, and writing. SHe received her honorary doctorates in Sacred Music (Psalmistry) and diploma in biblical studies from NCI Bible College. She is currently a psychology major at Troy State University where she will graduate with her bachelor's degree. She plans to continue her education in Christian Counseling/Cult Exiting. Jessica is also the author of 'Unmask the Hidden and Expose the Devil', which is a tutorial of spiritual warfare within the Body of Christ. New Information: New Group "One Voice" Jessica Martin, Tanisha Johnson, and LaTanya Tutt-Andrews have now come together to create a singing group called "ONE VOICE". They started out as good friends, and praise and worship leaders in their different ministries. The Lord drew them together to start this group to minister to the nations through song. These anointed women of God are about to take the music industry by storm. Their three part harmony was inspired by so many great pioneers that have paved the way like: The Clark Sisters, Pace Sisters, Mary Mary, Trinitee 5:7, and so many more. Although they were inspired by others, they yet carry their own unique style and anointing of contemporary gospel and praise and worship.
