Pastor's Bio

Rev. Charles B. Frost, Sr., the Pastor of St. Andrew A.M.E. Church in Pine Bluff Arkansas, the son of the late Willie Frost and Ledora Frost.  He is married to Evelyn L. Frost , and the father of Charles Jr., (Attending College), Tiffany Dawn (Attending College) and Erika (Attending High School).

He was educated in the Little Rock Public School System, received a Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas; and has received a Master of Divinity Degree and awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from  from Jackson Theological Seminary.  Rev. Frost served in the United States Air Force where he served in various capacity to  include Deputy Missile Combat Crew Commander to Squadron Section Commander. He founded the Arkansas Equal Opportunity Association; served as the Regional Director of the American Association of Affirmative Action; Past President and Past Chairman of the Board for the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association; member of the Arkansas Water Environment Association where he served as Safety Director for the Operation Challenge Program; and served as Instructor for the Mt. Olive Martial Arts Academy.

He has served on the West Arkansas Conference (WAC) Board of Examiners, WAC Trustee, WAC Christian Education Director , WAC Conference Secretary and is currently the 12th Episcopal District Coordinator for Conference Secretaries and 12th Episcopal District Webservant, a member of the Pine Bluff South Board of Examiners in the Central Arkansas Conference (CAC) and Regestrar for Jackson Theological Seminary.
