Topic: Marriage & Divorce- Eph 5:22, 24-25, 28, 30-33

Notes:

Love Submission-Intructions given to wives, husbands, children, and slaves can be found in Col 3:18-25; Note: Col 3:18 says, "Wives submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fin in the Lord."

Love is a perfect bond of union. Agape love guided by or governed by principle. It includes affection and warmth. Not ruled by feelings or sentiment, it never ignores principle.

*Husbands can make rules and regulations for his family. We must respect each other's position in the family.

*This is a relative headship, rated this in view of the superior headship of God and Christ. Note: 1 Cor 11:3 says, "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."
