What is AWANA?

The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”

2 Timothy 2:15

AWANA Pledge

“I pledge allegiance to the AWANA flag, which stands for the AWANA Club, whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.”

Parent Responsibilities

We ask that you assume responsibility for the following:

1.  Bring your child at 5:20 PM EVERY Sunday night.

2.   Help your child practice and learn the verses throughout the week.

3.   Dress your child in appropriate clothing and uniform each week.

4.   Have your child use the restroom before bringing them to club.

5.   Given that the Closing awards ceremony will be done during the first   few minutes of evening worship on Sunday nights, we ask that you attend church with your children as a family and do not leave in the middle of the service unless necessary to avoid distraction from worship.
