VAN USE FOR CHURCH AND NON CHURCH

I.  TRAVEL LOG:

           (A)   Driver must complete following details:

Starting mileage and time.

Ending mileage and time.

Purpose of trip.

Fuel gallons when purchased.

Driver must sign log.

II.  DRIVER REQUIEREMENTS:

(A)    No criminal history.

(B)     Have a valid driver license and a minimum age of 21.

(C)    All moving violations will be the responsibility of the driver. (No Exceptions)

(D)    Driver would like to have a responsible adult to ride with him.

III.  PASSENGERS RESPONSIBILITY

(A)     Buckle up when van is moving.

(B)     The van is used for “Christian Ministries”, therefore no use of cursing, obscene language or yelling form the windows will be allowed.

(C)     No one on the van without the driver or responsible adult being present.

(D)     No eating or drinking on the van.

(E)      If these responsibilities are ignores more than two (2) times it will be grounds to stop passenger from riding.

(F)      Have pride in the appearance of the van.

IV.  GUIDELINES:

(A)     The van is not a taxi.  It is to be used to pick up passengers at a designated point and returned to the same location unless the driver has a signed note from the parent or guardian.  (No Exceptions)

(B)     For all transportation to and from church there will be an eight (8) mile radius outside the Arkadelphia City limits unless pre-approved by the church.

(C)     The vans are rated for 15 passengers including the driver and this will be the maximum.  The child restraint law, which states a child must be six (6) years of age or weigh, at least sixty (60) pounds shall apply.  (No Exceptions)

(D)     It will be the responsibility of persons who use the van to keep the inside clean and the youth of the church to keep the outside washed.

(E)      The van is to be used for Christian ministries only.

V.  NON CHURCH USE:

(A)     A mileage radius of seventy five (75) miles one way may be approved by the pastor without a church vote.
