Charter:  As a result of several prayer gatherings with senior leaders the prophetic word that has come forth, and has been confirmed, is that we are to enter into covenant.  The consensus is that God is releasing unlimited favor in this season as we align ourselves in authentic relationships where trust and accountability is fostered.  Our task is to walk in obedience NOW to what God has said and allow Him to reveal strategies through covenant and prayer for regions and nations for His Kingdom.

Purpose of Covenant:  This covenant is established to bring about God’s vision revealed and confirmed through prayer for regions locally and His Kingdom.  FPCN is not intended to be a denomination, to replace denomination affiliations, or usurp local church covering.  We only seek to empower, edify and encourage those Christian leaders who seek networking relationships and fellowship with like minded individuals through prayer.

Terms of Covenant: 
1. FCPN will be a people who pray and walk in obedience to God’s written and revealed Word.
2. FCPN will operate in covenant and accountability relationships to ensure our character keeps us where God takes us.
3. FCPN will foster authentic relationships for the purpose of nurturing and equipping the spiritual, natural, and emotional man.
4. FCPN will network time, energy, and other resources for Kingdom initiatives.
5. FCPN will provide a safe place for women and men of God to receive strategies, support, development, encouragement, and empowerment to maximize their full potential through Holy Spirit Empowerment, the Five-Fold offices and gifts imparted by the Godhead.  

Benefits of Covenant: 
1. You align yourself, and or ministry with a network and fellowship that is dedicated to bringing like minded men and women of God together for the purpose of prayer empowerment. 
2. Working and relating with others who are seeking to build and advance the kingdom of God versus “doing it alone.”
3.  The opportunity to come together at conferences designed to enrich and empower your ministry by providing resources for you to maximize and reach your full potential.
4. FCPN also offers consulting and coaching geared towards helping you and your leadership team to overcome personal and professional issues or barriers that may hinder your progress.
5. A page on the FCPN website with links to your church and or personal ministry websites.
6. Support and resources for churches that are starting from the ground up or those being restructured. 
7. Opportunities to meet and market events and services to other members and member networks.
8. Most importantly FPCN offers prayer fellowship and authentic reciprocal relationships.

Responsibility of Covenant Leaders (CL): 

1. CL will be obedient to God’s vision as revealed and confirmed through prayer for their life and the Kingdom.
2. CL will commit to meet for prayer and fellowship once a month to bring about God’s vision for the Kingdom.
3. CL will network resources with covenant ministries for Kingdom initiatives.
4. CL will support Kingdom initiatives that promote the vision of God by coming together in fellowship.
5. CL will maintain authentic relationships, proper accountability and walk in integrity as to impact the Kingdom of God.
