Back in the 70’s, for those of you who remember, music was recorded on a vinyl material and were made into a record called a 45 because they rotated at 45 rpms. The record companies would create the disc shaped product by placing the vinyl in a press to form and shape the disc to its ultimate purpose. I also remember in the 70s as a young lad growing up in the red clay hills of Atlanta, Ga., my mom teaching me how to get wrinkles out of my clothing. She would use a heavy duty electric iron, place the clothing on an ironing board and press out the wrinkles.
