About Dayspring... We get the name Dayspring from Luke 1:78 that says, "whereby the Dayspring from on high hath visited us".
This is in reference to Jesus Christ being the "Light of the World", the "Bright & Morning Star", and we "the people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to [us] which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up." Mat. 4:16
Jesus is light and life.
Our goal and purpose is to worship and serve our Lord Jesus Christ through the preaching of the gospel and teaching of the Word of God. Jesus Christ said, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed" Jn. 8:31-32.
Our church is non-denominational so all are welcome. We are starting out the way it began with the Apostles- in the home. We invite you to visit for a time of casual fellowship, contemporary worship, and informal bible study so come just as you are. "As the Spirit says... Come! And let him who hears say, Come! And let him who thirsts come. And whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely." Rev. 22:17
Dayspring Christian Fellowship is a member of Internet Evangelism Coalition and supports Calvary Chapel missions to Italy, Wycliffe Bible Translators, The Gedions International, Samaritan's Purse, and others.
Dayspring Christian Fellowship operates as a Free-Church and is Chartered through SLECM. We do not ask for support and what we do recieve goes tword the Lords work.
