Inter-Community Church of God
A family church where hearing and Deaf both belong.

Dave and Bobbi Collett have been serving Inter-Community Church of God since 1998.

Married in 1971, they have two grown children who both live in Portland, OR. Their marriage brings great encouragment to other couples, as they share their story.

After a career as a bicycle mechanic, Pastor Dave was called by God to ministry in 1982. Studies and Warner Pacific College and Anderson School of Theology followed, and the bicycle shop was sold.

Motorcycling has been a love of Pastor Dave's since he was able to drive. He serves as a chaplain to a motorcycle club and leads an annual Biker's Blessing.

Teaching is the primary spiritual gift as Pastor Dave ministers the word of God.

Pastor Francis and Kimie Casale have been leading a Deaf fellowship in Covina since 1992. They became a part of Inter-Community Church of God in about 1995.

They were married in 1982, and have two daughters; one in college and one in high school. Pastor Francis holds both a PhD (counseling) and ThD (Bible) degree; he is also a graduate of Galludet College. Kimie holds a master's degree from California State University-Northridge, and teaches at the college level.

Pastor Francis was born Deaf, and is now Deaf-Blind due to an eye disease. He is a nationally known evangelist and teacher, and as an accomplished actor plays Carlo in "The Finger Food Cafe" videos from Silent Blessings and Deaf Missions.

Preaching, drama, and prayer drive Pastor Francis' ministries at Inter-Community Church of God.
