January 29, 2012-meeting held at 12:30pm to elect Board of Ministry members, reaffirm Governing Elders and Endowment Committee.

- Three members elected for the Board of Ministry.  They are:  Diane Hamburger,
   Dan Lauf, and Chuck Wolf.

- Reaffirm Governing Elders:  Fred Beach and Jim Crawford

- Reaffirm Endowment Committee members:  Rex Robinson and Rick Terwall

January 17, 2010 - A voters meeting was held after services on Sunday January 17th. The meeting was called to elect members to the Board of Ministry and to the Endowment Committee.
Three directors were reelected to a second term. They are Darrin Watson, Jeff Michlin, and David Mattice.
Two Governing Elders were also elected; Fred Beach and Jim Crawford.

Endowment Committee - The five directors elected were: Jay Barnett, Rex Robinson, Julie Sturgeon, Rick Terwall and Steve Turner.

Congratulations to all of you and thank you for serving Bethlehem.

Three reports were also presented.
1. Finance- Our giving is about 6% short of our budget, but overall we are in a better position than we were last year at this time.
2. Ministry- Pastor presented the Ministry Plan for 2010. Our focus this year will be to improve and build stability in our current ministries. We will look to discern God’s will for us and our mission. A copy of the ministry plan is available from the church office.
3. School – The school will be offering a Kindergarten Readiness program this summer. The goal is to increase enrollment during the months when attendance is low.

Bethlehem nominated five people to lead our Synod for the next three years. The election will be held at the Synodical Convention in July.
