| Volunteers extend friendly phone calls and home visists to frail and elderly individuals. |
| UTILITY ASSISTANCE |
| Individuals or families in need of Utility Assistance for Southern California Edison and The Gas Company. |
| COUNSELING ON A SLIDING SCALE |
| Therapy for couples, individuals and children. Fee based on a sliding scale. |
| CASE MANAGEMENT |
| Case manager provides intake and assement of client needs and assists with referrals and linkage to resources in the community. |
| LSS Community Care Coalition The coalition group meets to discuss ways to help our community. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Jr. High Room at Bethlehem's Main Campus. |
| LSS/Community Care Center is looking for volunteers to work in the Santa Clarita office. A few regular hours a month would be a welcome help! Volunteers are also needed for the Friendly Visitor Program. If you can make a call or a visit to a lonely person, LSS wants to hear from you! Make a difference in a person's life! |
