There is a part of your process that is already completed.
Let's call this
Phase I
.
How much did you spend in
Phase I
?
What was your project start date?
List an itemized detail of what exactly this money was spent on:
(Give this a first try, and I will help you refine it with further questions).
Now put the expenses in categories:
cash - spent out of pocket (your pocket)
cash - as an equity investment by a. partners or b. outside investors
cash - as a non-profit donation that received a tax credit
cash - that was donated without an equity or tax credit
in-kind (meaning no actual cash changed hands, but the resources were bartered or donated) So have an a. & b. ....
a.
IF
the in-kind was made as an equity investment or
b.
IF
the in-kind was a donation.
That is enough to get started, we shall go on to
Phase II
