BYLAWS Family of Light World Peace Ministries & International Social Investment Society Members of the Family of Light Enterprises A B U N D A N C E ! Conference
ARTICLE 1. NAMES The membership names as specified in the objects are Family of Light World Peace Ministries (FOL WP Ministries), nationally, and International Social Investment Society (ISIS), internationally. Both, independently and collectively, comprising the FOL Enterprises A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE.
ARTICLE II. PURPOSE The purpose of both FOL & ISIS is to enroll & train a global A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE of like-minded individuals, organizations, churches and nonprofits FOR Peace as discussed in their objects, articles and charters. Our objectives are nine-fold: a) To organize & promote AVE MARIA! (divine feminine) Arts & Music Festivals and Spiritual Retreats; b) To organize & promote quarterly ISIS "Spirituality in Business" Conferences; c) To identify, fund & manage a global outreach of networked FOL World Peace Centers; d) To organize, film, market & promote a network of Sacred Word Peace Pilgrimages and spiritual FOR Peace workshop leaders; e) To identify, manufacture, market & promote a worldwide network of AVE! Co-Branded Fundraisin' Products & Services; f) To recruit, hire & train a global team of "Community Development" ISIS Ministers; g) To recruit and support a global network of ISIS Fundraisin' & Investment Partners, Consultants & Affiliates; h) To organize & promote ISIS A B U N D A N C E ! "Circle of Love" and "Social Responsibility" Fundraisin' Investment Clubs; i) To organize & promote a yearly "teleconferenced" and "televised" global Fundraisin' AVE MARIA! "Overnight Prayer Vigil" and Mother's Day Convention in Egypt.
ARTICLE III. MEMBERSHIP Section 1. FOL Membership Requirements. Membership shall consist of the congregations who convenant to accept responsibility for active involvement in the FOL Church programs and: a. Apply for membership via personal member invitation and referral to the FOL Board of Directors, whose task is to be satisfied that the congregation, organization, individual or group understands and accepts the requirements for membership. The application shall be presented to the FOL Board of Directors for membership acceptance. b. Accept and follow the interpretations and applications of the Bible as expressed in JOHN 13:12-17. c. Accept and follow the objects of Organization as a guide for collective response to congregational vision FOR Peace by May 2013. d. Accept and follow the statements of non-denoninational faith and life adopted by the FOL Church: "The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself."

Section 2. ISIS Membership a. FOL Members wishing to associate with FOL WP Ministries as they learn of its "Spirituality in Business" objectives, and evaluate their potential future status as full members of the church international outreach may apply for provisional membership.
Section 3. ISIS Minister Apprenticeship Program ISIS Members are eligible to become ISIS Ministers after a two year intensive apprenticeship program. ISIS Ministers are then eligible to own or manage ISIS Franchises and/or manage ISIS Green Funds. During this two year period, initiates shall be trained in every aspect of the Church's business operations for a tuition fee equivalent to the standards set forth by the Board, and shall not include travel expenses. In most, if not all cases, said training shall include selfless-service in a volunteer capacity, and travel to at least one if not all of the designated World Peace Centers. At the end of this program, initiates are eligible to continue their studies to become certified Metaphysicians and own or manage World Peace Centers and Egyptian Health Spa Facilities.
Section 4. Provisional Membership a) Congregations wishing to associate with FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE as they learn of its "sprituality in business" conferences, sacred tours, spiritual retreats, etc., and evaluate their potential future status as full members of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE may apply for provisional membership. This would invite and grant a non-voting, but otherwise full participation by such a congregation in all FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE meetings and programs. The application process for Provisional Membership would be the same as for full membership. b) A five year limit is placed on provisional membership. c) Provisional Members are also eligible to participate in all trainings & functions as listed herein.
ARTICLE IV. THE A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Section 1. Role and Function. The A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE is spiritual people with a common theme of mutual respect, unconditional love, divine feminine worship, nurture, fellowship, proclamation, service, discernment, reconciliation, mutual care and discipline. It is a local and international group of believers with a commitment FOR Peace and financial support of each other's collective producing & purchasing power, and whose global proximity to each other on our Mother Earth makes it possible to experience these supportive financial conference "Spirituality in Business" activities on a regular and continuing basis. Section 2. Relationships to the A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE a) Individual congregations retain full privileges of self-determination and faith within the framework fo the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. Membership in the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE implies the responsible support of resolutions and ministries developed collectively. b) The FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE does not normally get involved with the affairs of its local church chapters. However, FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE leaders or staff may assist local congregations as needs arise. When serious irregularities or problems occur in the local church, the Board shall work peacefully toward a resolution of the problem. Any local curch board, minister or group within the CONFERENCE has the right to approach the Board for help. c) The FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE retains the right to limit the relationship of a congregation with FOL when the congregation is in serious discord with the faith, life understandings and practice of the congregations composing FOL, while calling the congregation to return to the faith, life understandings and practice of the FOL (two-thirds majority required). This limitation will be designated as "Restricted Membership due to Mutual Understanding." The status of this restriction shall be reviewed every two years or sooner by the FOL Board, should the serious discord be resolved. The restrictions may include any or all of the following: 1. The suspension of FOL delegate privileges (including voting). 2. The ineligibility of the congregation's covenanting members to serve on any FOL Board, commission or committee, or to teach at any FOL sactioned event. 3. Refraining from promoting this divergent position within the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. 4. The ineligibility for FOL financial support. 5. The inclusion of an asterick noting "Restricted Membership due to Mutual Understanding by the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE" in all future references by FOL of the congregation. (These restrictions do not exclude attending FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Sessions or other FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE resources other than financial). Continuing ministerial credentials are at the discretion of the FOL Board, and are dependent upon the position of the minister with respect to the precipitating issue. It is not intended that "Restricted Membership due to Mutual Understanding" be a long term relational status for member congregations. Rather it is a way to recognize serious discord while calling for an acceptable resolution. d) The FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE retains the right to dismiss a local chapter congregation from membership. Such a decision shall be made only after all other avenues of problem resolution have been exhausted. The decision to dismiss a church chapter is made by the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Delegate Body, not earlier than two months after the Delegate Body have been informed of the problem. The vote to dismiss a church chapter requires two-thirds majority to carry. e) When a congregation wishes to withdraw from the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE, it shall make its intention known to the Board in writing. After having done any necessary counselling, the Board will bring the request to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Delegate Body for its response. f) The FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE requests that congregational objects specify how the property will be disposed of should they cease to exist.
ARTICLE V. THE DELEGATE BODY Section 1. Role and Function. The delegate body as representative of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE shall function in the following ways: a) Provide opportunity to assemble for worship, fellowship, prophecy, acquaintance, and understanding to deepen FOR Peace; Media Relations; and Fundraisin' commitment. b) Provide opportunity to speak to the establishment of general policies and the development of FOL FOR Peace ministries to carry out those policies. c) Receive reports from the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board including financial accounting and annual audit report. d) Review current FOL FOR Peace ministries and act on ministry priorities presented by the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board. Provide counsel and direction for FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board's use in planning future budgets and approval of the annual budget. e) Consider applications of congregations wishing to join the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. f) Authorize the relese of a congregation from membership in the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. g) Receive reports from fraternal organizations directly related to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. h) Elect five (5) persons to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board. i) Voting shall be in person only. Proxy votes will not be used. Alternate delegates shall have full privileges including voting. Section 2. Representation. The membership of the delegate body shall include the following: a) All ordained and licensed persons with current credentials. b) Each member congregation or chapter is entitled to send delegates based on one delegate for every 50 members or fraction thereof. Congregations are encouraged to appoint at least one delegate from their leadership team. c) Any person not otherwise a delegate but who is a member of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board. d) All FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Staff. Section 3. Delegate qualifications and duties: A) Qualifications. All delegates shall: a. Be active, exemplary members in a local congregation or chapter. b. Be sound in faith and faithful in the practice of the teachings of the FOL FOR Peace Ministries and resulting FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. c. Be willing to pledge to tithe to each other member at least 10% of their resources of time and money to the duties which representation in the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE requires. d. Be persons of able and sound non-judgement. e. Make decisions on the basis of "He who waters will also be watered," and the convictions of their constituents. f. Be able to share reports and information effectively with their congregation or chapter. B) Duties. The delegates to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE shall: a. Whenever possible do business with other members and attend all meetings of the assembly (Conference). b. Serve for a period of at least two years. c. Become familiar with all reports to FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE prior to action on those reports. d. Seek to discover the thinking of the local congregation on report proposals. e. Report to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE or FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board issues that arise in congregational life. f. Use creative ways to bring the work of FOL CONFERENCE to the attention of the local congregations and chapters. g. Serve as a careful representative of both congregation or chapter and FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. C) The appointing body is responsible for the expenses of its delegates to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. Section 4. Officer and Duties. The Officers of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board shall serve as the Officers of the delegate body. Their duties shall be: a) Moderator shall preside at all sessions of the delegate body and serve as its official representative. b) Secretary shall ensure an accurate record of proceedings of the delegate body is kept, and shall submit a report of the same to the next regular session for approval. c) Treasurer shall have responsibility to receive the monies given to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE, pay bills of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE, have charge of the official seal of the CONFERENCE and keep an accurate record of the receipts and disbursements for presentation at the annual meeting. Section 5. Meetings a) The delegate body shall convene at an annual meeting prior to the commencement of the next fiscal year end (Mother's Day Convention). Notice of the annual meeting shall be in writing and given 30 days in advance. The purpose of the annual meeting shall be to: - Approve the Budget

- Receive written reports from Church wide organizations directly related to FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE
- Conduct Elections
- Act on agenda brought by the Board
b) Special sessions of the delegate body may be called by the Moderator with the consent of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board. c) A quorum shall consist of 50% of member congregations represented. d) All decisions shall be determined either by a majority of the delegates present or by consensus. Section 6. Committees a) The FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board shall be the Administrative Committee of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. b) Nominating Committee 1. Duties: - To prepare a slate of nominees for the election of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board.
2. Membership: - Shall consist of one-three members appointed by FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board for one year renewable terms.
ARTICLE VI. FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE BOARD Section 1. Role and Function. An FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE Board shall be organized to serve the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE as follows: a) Serve the Board of Directors of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE as chartered and exercise full legal responsibility for its subsidiary corporations. b) To carry out the policies and ministries established by the Delegate Body. c) To appoint ad hoc committees as necessary to carry out the FOR Peace ministries of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE. d) To review the work of the appointed committees. e) To prepare recommendations to the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE in regard to FOR Peace ministry priorities, annual budget, fundraising efforts and all major innovations and modifications of the FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE organization and its FOR Peace Ministries. f) To make appointments to ad hoc FOL A B U N D A N C E ! CONFERENCE committees as necessary.
