ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION

The Family of Light World Peace Ministries

a Universal Life Church

The undersigned organizer or organizers, desiring to form an unincorporated religious organization, a Universal Life Church, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), pursuant to the provisions of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, (hereinafter referred to as "1st Amendment"), execute the following Articles of Organization.

ARTICLE I

NAME AND DESCRIPTION

The Family of Light World Peace Ministries (FOL), an unincorporated religious organization as set forth by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution and Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and a Universal Life Church.

ARTICLE II

PURPOSES

STATUTORY TYPE - Unincorporated Religious Organization under the 1st Amendment*

GENERAL PURPOSES - The purposes for with the organization is formed are exclusively religious, charitable, educational, and literary, including but not limited to the following:

(a) In general, to do any and all acts and any and all things to exercise any and all powers which it may now or hereafter be lawful for the Organization to do or exercise under and pursuant to the laws of the 1st Amendment* of the Constitution of the United States of America for religious, charitable, educational, and literary purposes.

(b) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the principal purpose of the Organization shall be to exist and to particpate fully in God's work of world peace ministry as set forth in the Bible, JOHN 13:12-17.**

The VISION of the Organization is World Peace by Mother's Day, May 2013.

The MISSION of the Organization is to gather our world peace members, women and youth around the world "face to face" FOR Peace in our lifetime and to share with others the gift of God's love through divine worship of each other and the Divine Feminine, our Mother Earth.

The role of the Organization is to:

1.  Share the good news of divine love, creating worldwide World Peace Centers and calling people to form global communities of love and service to others.

2.  Establish, teach and promote the core values and beliefs of the church based on scripture as expressed in JOHN 13:12-17** and other such religious beliefs of all interfaith denominations.

3.  Tell the story of God's faithfulness in our journey as a Peace Evangelist.

4.  Align peace forces of the world to work with God's intent FOR World Peace.

5.  Be a channel FOR dialogue and witness to other church bodies; mothers; women; youth; people of all races; creeds and colors; and to all global governing authorities.

6.  Provide a sense of a larger FOR Peace community, creating a common identity for ourselves and recognized by those with whom we come in contact.

7.  Call and train leaders who know "How To" align FOR Peace in our lifetime.

8.  Encourage teamwork and effective FOR Peace partnerships between all parts of the church.

9.  Combine resources of time and money to do together what we cannot achieve alone.

10.  Be antiracist, non-denominational and interactive in all areas of church life and program.

(c) Alone or in cooperation with other persons or organizations to do any and all lawful acts and things which may be necessary, useful, suitable or proper for the furtherance, accomplishment or attainment of any or all of the purposes or powers of the Organization.

(d) To exercise and enjoy all other powers, rights and privileges granted by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution* and all powers conferred by all acts heretofore or hereafter amendatory of or supplemental to the said Amendment or the said laws.

(e) The foregoing clauses shall be construed as powers as well as purposes, and the matters expressed in each clause shall be in nowise limited by reference to or inference from the terms of any other clause, but shall be regarded as independent powers and purposes, and the enumeration of specific powers and purposes shall not be construed to limit or restrict in any manner the meaning of any general terms or the general powers of the Organization, nor shall the expression of one thing be deemed to exclude another not expressed, although it be of like nature.

(f) No part of the net earnings of the Organization shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the Organization shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in ARTICLE II herof.

Not withstanding any other provision of these Articles, the Organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by an Organization exempt from federal income tax under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution* (or corresponding provisions of any future Internal Revenue Law).

*Amendment I (1791)

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the governement for a redress of grievances.

ARTICLE III

PERIOD OF EXISTENCE

The period during which the Organization shall continue its existence is perpetual years.

ARTICLE IV

RESIDENT AGENT AND PRINCIPAL OFFICE

Section 1.  Registered Office and Resident Agent.  The address of the registered office of the Organization and the resident agent at that office is:

ARTICLE V

MEMBERSHIP

This Organization will have members, with the eligibility requirements for membership, classifications, rights and privileges, and other matters pertaining to the members, provided in the Bylaws.

ARTICLE VI

DIRECTORS

Section 1.  Number of Directors.  The initial Board of Directors is composed of three (3).  If the exact number of Directors is not stated, the minimum number shall be one (1) and the maximum number shall be thirty-five (35).  The exact number of Directors, unless otherwise stated, shall be specified or fixed in accordance with the Bylaws of the Organization, and provided further that under no circumstances shall the minimum number be less than one (1).

Section 2.  Names of intial Directors.  The names of the initial Board of Directors are:

Section 3.  Selection of Directors.  The Directors shall be selected from time to time as provided in the Bylaws.

Section 4.  Qualification.  Directors shall have those qualifications provided for in the Bylaws.

Section 5.  Term of Directors.  The term of the Directors shall be forther in the Bylaws as adopted by this Organization from time to time and may include provisions for dividing the number of Directors into groups and staggering terms.

ARTICLE VIII

PROVISIONS FOR REGULATIONS AND CONDUCT OF THE AFFAIRS OF THE ORGANIZATION

Other provisions, consitent with the laws of this State for the regulations and conduct of the affairs of the Organization, and creating, defining, limiting or regulating the powers of this Organization and of the Directors are:

(a) The property of said Organization is irrevocably dedicated to charitable, educational, religious, and literary purposes, and upon the liquidation, dissolution or abandonment therof, will not inure to the benefit of any private persons but all assets remaining after the debts and other obligations of the Organization have been discharged shall be given to a non-profit federal income tax exempt organization selected by the Board of Directors, which is devoted to religious, charitable, educational and literary purposes, as shall at the time qualify as an exempt organization or unincorporated religious organization under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law, if controlling law permits.  Any of such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by the Circuit Court of the County in which the principal office of the Organization is then located, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations as the Court shall determine which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes.

CERTIFICATE OF ORGANIZATION RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE OF ADDRESS

I, Joya Comeaux, Acting Reverend of The Family of Light World Peace Ministries, organized and existing under the laws of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America as an unincorporated religious organization, a congregation of the Universal Life Church, and having its principal place of business at 44676 Springvail Court, hereby certify the following is a true copyu of a resolutino adopted by the Bourd of Directors of the Organization at a meeting convened and held on February 28, 2004 at which a quorum was present and voting throughout and that such resolution is now in full force and effect and is in accordance with the provisions of the Charter and Bylaws of the Organization.

• RESOLVED:  That the Organization approves the change of address as was or will be submitted to the Universal Life Church, Banks and any other form of church relationship existing or in the future;
• RESOLVED:  That the Acting Reverend and Founder of the Organization is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Organization any contracts or forms for the official change of address or any other such financial or  business matters;
• RESOLVED:  That the Acting Reverend or Founder is hereby authorized and directed to certify to any interested party that this resolution has been duly adopted and is in full force and effect and is in accordance with the provisions of the Charter and Bylaws of the Organization.
