Northkirk is a Christ centered Presbyterian Church whose mission is to "Live out God's Love as we Gather Together and Reach Out". Extreme Makeover Continues! 2009 was a busy year for Northkirk. We began our Extreme Makeover in 2008 to prepare the church for our new pastor. We painted the sanctuary and cleaned out years of clutter. We updated the pastor's bathroom. This year we got new flooring and refinished the pews. We painted and updated the inside bathrooms and painted the fellowship hall. Check out this video of our 2009 work. We have big plans for our little church. If you like what you see, why not come check us out in person? Pastor Karen would love to meet you and you will find that we are a friendly bunch of folks!
Our Music Ministry is so Much Fun!Sunday December 13, 5pm - We presented our Christmas musical extravaganza. We had a"Little Town of Bethlehem" in the fellowship hall with singing and food followed by the musical in the church Sanctuary. What a spectacular evening. Add your talent to ours! If you can sing or play bells or like to act, please contact our Music Director Saw Shein. You don't have to be a professional... you just need to have a love for music or drama. Non members are invited to participate - the group is open to anyone who wants to share their talent. Support Bree Noble - Bree is one of the members of our congregation and an integral part of our music ministry. She is extremely talented and runs Women of Substance radio an internet radio station for women artists. Please support her ministry and radio station.
