It is human nature to desire community, and small groups are a great way to strengthen relationship with God and with others at the same time.  At St. John’s one of the ways we fulfill our mission of “Connecting People to Jesus,” is through small group communities we call ShareGroups.  Maybe you are looking to grow in your knowledge of the word, maybe you are looking for a close connection to others with whom you can really share life with, maybe you are going through a difficult time and could use some prayer.  ShareGroups at St. John’s strive to create an environment of growth and authentic community where these types of needs can be met.

ShareGroups meet informally to worship, study God’s word, fellowship and pray.  Many groups also plan social events together, such as BBQ’s, camping, Christmas parties, etc.  Groups may also choose a service project to participate in together.

ShareGroups meet on a regular basis (once/week or twice/month).  Meetings are approximately 90 minutes and are composed of many different types of people.  ShareGroups are comprised of singles, men, women, seniors, young couples, families with children…etc…there is a place for you here!!  Groups meet in private homes or at St. John’s.
