Sunday School

Sunday School began Sunday, September 7.  Classes for all children Pre K - Grade 8 take place immediately following the Divine Liturgy.  A light snack will be provided and classes will conclude at the end of coffee hour.

Sunday School Request

The Sunday School is in need of Bibles for the classrooms.  All donations of used Bibles as well as monetary donations for purchasing new Bibles will be accepted.  If you would like to donate money, please make your checks payable to:

September Outreach

This month's Outreach Project is to provide specific items for the PACE Center for Girls which serves Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.  "PACE Center for Girls, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation that provides a non-residential delinquency prevention program in locations statewide, targeting the unique needs of females ages 12 to 18 who are identified as dependent, truant, runaway, delinquent, or in need of academic skills."  (www.pacecenter.org)  The girls have opportunities to earn points as they accomplish designated goals which may be used to purchase items from the "Points-spending Cabinet".  Please contribute to the Cabinet by bringing "girly" items to our donation tub in the Great Room.  Suggested items include hair ties & ribbons, bracelets & other jewelry, nice soaps, shampoos, nail kits, nail polish, t-shirts, posters, wallets, purses, journals.  See Pamela Kelley if you have any questions.
