Dance Ministry magazine Awards (DMM) honors artists, retailers, pastors, media representatives, DJ’s, graphic designers, vendors and others for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the Christian Performing Arts industry. Awards are given in over thirty different categories. Each year, the ceremony includes a variety of celebrity presenters and performers, along with both established and amateur Christian artists from across the world. In addition to the ceremony, there is a wide array of events such as workshops, a fashion show, media access red carpet, and a meet and greet the stars.
Dance Ministry Magazine Awards will be held once more in Florida before growing to the entire southern region in 2008 and then nationally by 2010.
The ultimate goal of the Dance Ministry Magazine Awards is to honor those who contribute to the Christian Performing Arts industry. One reason we do this is because no other organization does. We feel that it is necessary to encourage the Christian Performing artists to continue instructing dance, theatre, mime, music, rap, modeling, and visual arts because it has such a powerful and positive impact on the youth and our community.
