Checklist for Your CLPC Wedding
(For a Wedding AT the Church)
As Soon As Possible
___ Checked with the office and reserved the date of the wedding.
___ Paid the $50.00 deposit.
___ Coordinated with the pastor the counseling, rehearsal and wedding date.
At Least 60 Days Before the Wedding
___ Contacted the organist and made arrangements for a meeting about the music.
___ Made initial contact with the wedding coordinator.
___ Began counseling sessions with Pastor.
At Least 30 Days Before the Wedding
___ Completed all counseling sessions with Pastor.
___ Made final arrangements with organist.
___ Made final arrangements with wedding coordinator.
At Least 7 Days Before the Wedding
___ Paid final fees to office manager.
___ Obtained wedding license.
___ Provided wedding license to Pastor.
If there are any problems, the pastor conducting your wedding is the final authority on coordinating the wedding. Please speak to him or her as early as possible to help correct any concerns as the wedding day may be too late to make changes!
