Five Steps Through Grief: The Journey to Wholeness
When comfortable habits woven through our relationship are ruptured by loss, and familiar words or actions don’t take place, a void is created. We’re devastated when we realize that the familiar call, note or gift from our loved one won’t come again, ever. With so much going on inside us, being out in public actually can take a toll. We may not want to be with others. We may feel as if we need time alone to absorb our loss. They may not understand our natural withdrawal, which may in turn intensify our sense of loneliness. And, if others give us time alone, we may believe we’re no longer important to them... a message to Widows and those who grieve
+ We believe Jesus Christ breaks all barriers of age, nationality and personalities to unite and bring harmony to His people.
+ We believe we should all work together for our common good, that the gifts and calling of God will make room for itself.
+ We believe we should submit ourselves to one another, forgive and resist every root of bitterness.
+ We believe in prayer and godly fellowship.
+ We believe we are disciples of Jesus Christ, and we invite you to join us in this journey.

Seven Step Prayer Guide
1 - Praise and Worship
Psalms 18:46-49 "The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted. It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me. He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man. Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name."
2 - Repentance and Forgiveness
Psalms 66:18 "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:" Matthew 3:8 "Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:" Romans 2:4, 11 "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?... For there is no respect of persons with God." 2 Corinthians 7:10 "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death." Hebrews 12:18, 22-24 "For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,... But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel."
3 - Petition
Psalms 18:6 "In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears."
4 - Intercession
Romans 8:26-27 "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."
5 - Thanksgiving
Psalms 116:17-18 "I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD. I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people," Psalms 117:2 "For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD." Psalms 118:1, 6, 14, 28-29 "O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever... The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?... The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation... Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever."
6 - Meditation
Psalms 104:33 "I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD." Psalms 119:97-98, 112, 117, 125 "O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day. Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me... I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end... Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually... I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies."
7 - Pray God's Word
Proverbs 4:20-27 "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil."

Three Priorities of Prayer...
The salvation of our children (Isaiah 49:25; Psalm 144:12; Isaiah 43:5-6).
That they take ownership of the faith at an accountable age (I John 2:25-28; James 1:25).
That they enter into the ministry of the Lord's harvest (Matthew 9:38).
