First Monday Each Month:
At 7:00 p.m. CHRIST CHURCH PENTECOSTAL ladies meet in the Sanctuary to join the global prayer effort organized through Daughters of Zion (DOZ) of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI). Women in participating churches around the world have dedicated one hour this specific day for unified, focused prayer. Under the direction of Sister TyAnn Taylor, our local church joins this worldwide network. CCP ladies pray for the souls of children in our church family, in the surrounding neighborhoods and our community at large. "Your prayers, a child's defense!"^TM

Who we are . . . Daughters of Zion is made up of women worldwide, who meet on the first Monday of each month to pray focused prayer for the children of the local church community.

Our Mission . . . We are committed to the spiritual preservation of this generation and beyond and the spiritual restoration of previous generations.

Our Need . . . Committed women who will join together on the first Monday of each month and pray focused prayer for their children and the children of the local church and community.

Three Priorities of Prayer...

The salvation of our children (Isaiah 49:25; Psalm 144:12; Isaiah 43:5-6).
That they take ownership of the faith at an accountable age (I John 2:25-28; James 1:25).
That they enter into the ministry of the Lord's harvest (Matthew 9:38).

Daughter of Zion (D.O.Z) Prayer Fellowship is a Ladies only gathering held the first Monday night each month. Prayer begins in the Sanctuary at 7:00 p.m. and is designed to address the special needs of the ladies with a focus on intercessory prayer for their families, home and work environment.
