Brother Scott Osborne actively teaches Bible Studies and ministers the Word of God in both Adult Deeper Life Class and Chosen services. Sister Amy Osborne directs the Chosen Chorus and Chosen Ensemble, is Co-Captain of the CCP Sign Team, and actively participates in the leadership of Chosen services and outreach. Brother and Sister Osborne mentor CHRIST CHURCH PENTECOSTAL Youth-in-Training, ages 12 through 35, and encourage people everywhere to reach their potential in Jesus Christ. |

Are your children lonely in church?
1) Go to the CCP Youth Leader(s) and voice your concerns. Assure them you want guidance and be open to suggestions.
2) Ask them to approach the Pastor to see how CCP can get involved with other UPCI churches with a good youth group and see if other Youth Leaders would be willing to include CCP youth in their activities (i.e. quiz team, social events).
3) Enroll your children in a Christian school.
4) Include your children in the ministry of the church. Encourage your child to participate in Sunday School, to sing specials, to greet newcomers at the door, offer testimonies and assist the Pastor and Youth Leader(s) whenever possible.
5) Take your children and/or encourage them to attend every district youth event with other young people whenever practical. |
It's worth the sacrifice to voice concerns and offer your support! We often wait too long before giving young people a real avenue of ministry. Give them responsibilities at home and in the church soon after the age of 12 to help them develop spiritual maturity.
Young people need to find that service in a church environment is an exciting outlet and an opportunity to participate in God's kingdom. Participation in a youth church ministry will give them a sense of ownership and privilege within the local church assembly. |

All of America needs to be reached with the gospel so that all nations, American people too, will hear about Jesus before He returns. |
