Christian Crisis Counseling Services, Inc. is a non-profit ministry and is chartered and incorporated in the State of Florida and North Carolina. The purpose of CCCS is to provide affirmation and encouragement to those who are hurting and broken in spirit. We utilize pastoral counseling that is focused and based on God's Word.


Dr. Phillip Gray serves as President and Executive Director of Christian Crisis Counseling Services, Inc. Dr. Gray has been in ministry for thirty-nine years, having served as pastor, college administrator, educator, counselor and consultant. He loves working with people who are in need of affirmation and encouragement.

Phillip and his wife, Carolyn have three adult children and three grandchildren. The Grays love to travel, read and spend time together as a family.

Dr. Gray is an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church. He is credentialed by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors as a Pastoral Counselor Educator and by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation as a Pastoral Crisis Intervention Instructor. He has earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Christian Counseling with Highest Honors.

CCCS has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of individuals in several countries through seminars, counseling or other supportive means. Christian organizations, churches and schools and colleges turn to CCCS for assistance in establishing emergency preparedness plans. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of service to you.

CCCS has counseled hundreds of individuals as a result of diverse traumatic circumstances and events, including various natural disasters. They have also assisted many individuals within the United States during hurricanes, taught seminars in Guyana during their recent floods and shared resource material with a counseling agency in Israel during recent conflict there. Dr. Gray has ministered in other countries of the world as well, offering compassionate assistance and encouragement.
