A Gift From God:

John 3:16

Romans 10:9-10

Say this simple prayer: Father God, today I acknowledge that I have offended you by sinning.  I thank you for causing me to see the need for repentance and turning away from the things that displease you.  I accept your sacrificial gift and receive salvation today through your son, Jesus.  I believe that He has paid the price for me and that He has risen from the dead.  Thank you Lord for saving me!
