I have heard the gospel of Jesus Christ today and within my heart, I believe by faith the Word of God concerning Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection. I receive Jesus as my Savior and Lord.
I repent of my sins. I ask through Christ Jesus to forgive me of my sins, come inside my heart, and make me whole that I may have my inheritance of eternal life with you through Christ Jesus. I will be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I pray for a continuous infilling and empowerment by the Holy Spirit to grow daily in the knowledge and grace of my Savior and Lord Christ Jesus. In the name of Jesus I pray this prayer.
Thank you for my new life in Jesus Christ!

Eternal Salvation in Jesus Christ
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
‘For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: (Ephesians 2:8) . God gave us His only Son, Jesus (John 3:16 -17) who is the true answer to salvation from sin by faith and belief in Him to have eternal life with God the Father.
Receive Salvation:
—Hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ (John 3:5, John 3:16, Romans 10:8, I Peter 1:23, James 1:21b)
—Allow Holy Ghost to Convict of Sin and Wrong (John 16:8-11)
—Believe and Confess the Gospel of Jesus Christ Through Faith (Romans 10:8-10, John 3:16)
—Turn from Sin (Repent) and Ask for Forgiveness (Luke 5:32, Acts 2:38, II Peter 3:9)
—Be Baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:16, Col. 3:17, Acts 2:38, Acts 8:16, 10:48, 19:5)
—Be Filled/Baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:1-4, Acts 8:14-17, Acts 10:44-48, (Acts 2:17-18)
—Connect/Assemble at a Local Church that Worship God in Spirit and Truth (John 4:24, Heb.10:25)
—Develop/Maintain Loving Godly Relationships with Other Saints of Christ Jesus (Romans 12:5, Philip. 2:2)
