Motto

"Students don't care how much we know until they know how much we care!"

Vision Statement

...students seeking life-changing relationships with Christ, that effect their relationships with lost friends, the church and the world around them.

As students are brought into our program, they will begin to understand their place in this world and how they can participate in the building of the Kingdom of God. This vision is ultimatly realized when students are developed into leaders.

Mission Statement

...to meet students where they are in their spiritual journey and to provide oppurtunities for them to gorw into fully devoted leaders for Christ.

A fully devoted leader is a person who:

  • Personally understands the grace of God and has trusted Christ as Savior.
  • Has publicly confessed Christ as their Lord and Savior.
  • Is committed to spiritual growth and demonstrates a pattern of life change.
  • Is committed to a small group of fellow believers to pursue spiritual maturity.
  • Is learning to express their God-given spiritual gift(s) as a servant of Christ.

Strategy

...we believe in a seven-step strategy to achieve our mission.

  1. Integrity Relationships
  2. Verbal Witness
  3. Outreach Ministries
  4. Spiritual Challenge
  5. Growth Ministries
  6. Leadership Development
  7. Replication

Purpose

...each activity is planned and evaluated according to our vision, mission, and strategy.

Spiritual Maturity Categories

Students fall into basically four spiritual categories. We use three levels of progressive programming (Outreach, Growth, and Ministry Training) that are well balanced in reaching, ministering to, and developing students at whatever spiritual level they are at. Our seven-step strategy provides students with the oppurtunity to attain the highest level of spiritual maturity. The four levels are Secular, Seeker, Servant, and Shepards.
