We welcomed Pastor James Roland, his wife Heidi and their four children Sophia, Maria, Peter and William to our church as our new Pastor on March 22, 2009.

            Pastor Roland earned his BA degree from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN and has his MA degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.

            Pastor Roland was an Adjunct Professor History at Iowa Community College in Fort Dodge, IA.  He has served as an Interim Pastor at the Algona EFC, Algona, IA from January 2005 – December 2005. They have served as missionaries in Kenya, East Africa where he was on staff and taught in both the college and seminary at the Pan African School of Theology from January 2006 – November 2008.
