West Bend Family Fun Night

Want to spend an evening sharing food, fun, and friendly competition? Family Fun Night will held be Saturday, April 19th at 7:00pm in the church basement. Perhaps you haven’t attended a Family Fun Night or you’ve been thinking about bringing a friend . . . now is your opportunity! Bring a game, snack and be ready to enjoy a great evening. Family Fun Night is open to everyone.

SIDEWALK SUNDAY SCHOOL VOLUNTEER AREAS

PRAYER TEAM  A critical component of this ministry.

A team leader is responsible to gather the prayer requests         each week and send them by e-mail, by mail, or hand deliver to the members of the prayer team.

REGISTRATION TEAM  This team is responsible for promoting within the town and the area the Sidewalk times and location.  This team would keep track of who attended and make sure those in attendance were contacted each week to remind them of Sidewalk.  The leader would be responsible for registration each week and keeping a list of names, addresses, and attendance.  This team would also be responsible for creating the advertising through cable, handouts, and other methods to make sure all kids are aware of the opportunity.

SHEPHERD TEAM

            Each week at least two shepherds would need to be on site to help with collecting prayer requests, discipline, assisting with games, helping with offering and visiting and playing with the kids before and after.  A team leader would be responsible for scheduling the shepherds at the site.

PLATFORM TEAM  Those on the platform to assist in singing, skits, and help with the games.

REFRESHMENT TEAM  A leader and team to make sure there are refreshments available for the group.

INCENTIVE ORGANIZER

            A person(s) willing to gather prizes for our last meeting and to assist in planning the weekly prizes. 

SETUP/TEARDOWN VOLUNTEERS

            Assist with setting up equipment and helping put away equipment and supplies

Mallard:  Monday at 1:00 at the City Park  June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

West Bend: Tuesday at 1:00 at the School Shelter House

                     June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1
