Rev. Arlene Johnson - Transitional Interim Minister 

Rev. Arlene Johnson is a Monongahela, Pennsylvania native.  Following her high school graduation, she attended California State College in California, Pennsylvania where she majored in Elementary Education, receiving a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degree. During her teaching career, Arlene taught at elementary schools in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Indiana. She also worked as an extra-ordinary care aide for two years in Illinois.
 
Arlene served several churches in the Illinois-Wisconsin Region as a Licensed Minister before entering Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri, where she received her Master of Divinity degree in 1992.  Since then she has served churches in Illinois, Missouri and Oregon.  She began her ministry at First Christian in Princeton at the end of November in 2008.

Her main interests include traveling (especially to Oregon), reading mystery novels, going to movies, hiking at area state parks and spending time with her family and friends.  She is the mother of two adult children and grandmother of two (adorable) granddaughters.
